Tension system in the car for reduced elevator pits
This sytem is designed for Ø120mm and Ø200mm overspeed governors.
In the case of assembling the system with an overspeed governor with a Ø200mm or Ø120mm pulley, only the diverter pulley is changed.
This system replaces the traditional tension pulley by a simple deflection pulley in the pit, whose size is much smaller, and a mobile tensioner. The mobile tensioner is installed in the car, together with the driving set of the safety gear.
This system is fixed with a screw and guide bushing, which allows its rotation between the product and the driving set. Once assembled, the mobile tensioner is placed vertically by the tension of the rope. It just occupies the same space as the rope, without interfering with any other part of the elevator.
Anyway, this mobile tensioner can be installed displaced from the driving set, as long as both are joined with a fixing bar.
The mobile tensioner has 2 positive limit switches connected in parallel, so they don't interfere in the displacement and weight of the car.
